Pelgulinna Maternity Hospital is looking forward to welcoming all women about to give birth, independent of their place of residence or in which hospital they have monitored their pregnancy. We have eight private comfortably-furnished maternity rooms for families; seven of these have a bath for water births and for relieving labour pain.
We also have all other up-to-date means for relieving labour pain.
Experienced midwives, gynaecologists, an anaesthetist and a paediatrician are ready to assist you round-the-clock.
MATERNITY DEPARTMENT |
| The Maternity Department has eight private comfortably-furnished maternity rooms for families; seven of these have a bath for water births and for relieving labour pain. |
NEONATAL DEPARTMENT |
| At the Neonatal Department we guarantee that all the necessary equipment is available and a paediatrician is on duty round-the-clock. |
VISITING AND DISCHARGE |
| Visiting times are from 4 pm to 6 pm every day. The hospital discharges patients every day between 11 am and 1 pm. |
REGISTRATION OF THE BIRTH AND BENEFITS |
| At the latest within one month from the date of the birth of the child, the child must be given a name, which means registering the birth at a Vital Statistics Department. |
