SCHEDULE

6 am to 7.30 am
Morning procedures; weighing children
 

8.45 am to 9.30 am
BREAKFAST

 
9.30 am to 1 pm
Midwife, paediatrician, gynaecologist visits; specialist consultations, if necessary (pregnancy counsellorsocial worker, breastfeeding counsellor or psychologist consultations); procedures; cleaning the rooms.
 

10 am to 1 pm
Discharges
 

1.45 pm to 2.15 pm
LUNCH
 

5.20 pm to 6.15 pm
DINNER
 

7 pm to 10 pm
Nurse/midwife visits; evening procedures

 
If you arrive at the hospital after 10.30 am, you will only be served dinner that day.
If you arrive at the hospital after 12.30 pm, you will not be served any meals that day.
On the day of your discharge from the hospital, you will be served only breakfast.

 

It is forbidden to keep food in the wards. A refrigerator can be found in the corridor of your floor (write your name and ward no. on your personal items).

VISITING

Visiting hours are every day from 4 pm to 6 pm.
In the Intensive Care ward, the visiting time per family member is for 15 minutes, between 4 pm and 6 pm.

 

Only the parents can visit the Newborn Intensive Care Unit.

 

PAYMENTS

Fee-charging services and wards are paid for based on an invoice (preferably with a bank card).
West-Tallinn Central Hospital Women’s Clinic charges €2.50 for a bed per day.
The invoice should be paid on the day of your discharge to the departmental assistant or the nurse/midwife on duty.

 

TAKING PHOTOS AND RECORDING VIDEOS

Dear patients and families! Please be informed that it is prohibited to take pictures, video or audio recordings of hospital employees and other patients on the territory of the West Tallinn Central Hospital and in the rooms of all units.

 

NB: SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN THE HOSPITAL.

THERE IS A 30 m SMOKE-FREE ZONE AROUND THE HOSPITAL.
